Three Tools that Make It Easier to Parent

Hi BoTs,

Here are three tools I (with four kids 7 and under) use the most with my kiddos:

  1. Reading Eggs: this taught my older two kids how to read.

  2. ChatGBT: I upload a list of their spelling/sight words each week and have ChatGBT write sentences using only those sight words, or sometimes even just to randomize that week’s list several times so they don’t memorize the pattern of the words instead of the words themselves.

  3. CrunchLabs: My oldest likes this a lot - it’s a box that comes mailed to your house with supplies, and then you follow along with a specific video (QR code in the box) to build a small toy/gadget while learning an engineering principle.
