TechDay: Guillaume Drew of Or & Zon
The teck stack an e-commerce retail shop uses to run their business each day.
Welcome to another edition of TechDay, a BoT series where tech leaders share the software they rely on to run their businesses and elevate their lives- so together we can discover tools worth exploring for ourselves.
Today we have Guillaume Drew, founder of Or & Zon, an e-commerce retail shop specializing in sustainable luxury and artisanal treasures sourced globally. Their mission is to “offer ethically made, high-quality products that enhance everyday living while promoting cultural appreciation.”

Guillaume walks us through the technology he needs to run Or & Zon each day:
6:30 AM: Start the day by syncing inventory on Shopify, ensuring accurate stock levels across all products and preparing for daily sales.
8:00 AM: Check and respond to customer inquiries via Klaviyo email campaigns, focusing on personalizing communication and addressing specific customer needs.
10:00 AM: Collaborate with my team using Slack and Asana. Slack helps us discuss sourcing and marketing updates, while Asana keeps our project timelines aligned.
12:00 PM: Design and finalize visually engaging marketing materials using Canva. These assets are critical for our campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to attract and engage our target audience.
2:00 PM: Use ShipStation to process and organize order fulfillments, ensuring seamless shipping and tracking for customer orders.
4:00 PM: Analyze marketing performance data from Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to refine our advertising strategies and boost brand visibility.
6:00 PM: Review curated collections in Stocky to manage inventory data and prepare for restocking or sourcing new artisanal products.
Thanks so much for sharing your TechDay, Guillaume!
