Make Next March Simpler in 3 Minutes or Less

For many of us, March is Tax Time. Whether your filing is very straightforward, or a mix of personal and business complexities, one thing is certain: you’ll have to do it all again next year.

So make life easier on your March 2026 self. Pull up a Google doc and make notes as you go along - anything you had to look up, links to useful tools, password hints (not the actual passwords), and contact info for workplaces or financial institutions.

Then drop that Google doc link into a private calendar event for next March, labeled “For Taxes.” Ta-da - you’ve saved future you some time, and spent almost no time in the present doing it.
